Will someone wake me up from this nightmare……   The NYDN is wrongly and solely blaming Thompson for CityTime when Bloomberg, Quinn, Mark Page, Rose Gill Hearn and even City Council members that allowed the over-rides in the billions on so many tech messes including 311 which I can’t even get a price tag — this is a herd of elephants in the room and not news…..when it is historical corruption billions of tax payer dollars ….. Bloomberg’s legacy is in the dumpster where CityTime and a big part of 911 destined…the dumpster….BILLIONS OF TAX PAYER DOLLARS and plenty of Rudy Giuliani roots in this horror story….  (Bloomberg should have thrown CityTime away along with Rudy’s other horror Maximus but instead Mike and Rudy pushed CityTime and SAIC like drug king pins push heroin because of their White House ambitions and Quinn too pushed CityTime and protected SAIC as Joel Bondy’s testimony proves yet Bondy not arrested but protected by Preet like his bosses and top SAIC brass!)

 

Before the newest contractors on 911 were bought in and the 911 Tech Mess was expanded to an even more complicated mess with the 2nd back-up unit costing us 50 million dollars up in the Bronx still not up and working — (the 50 million dollar price tag yet another rip-off but who cares it is tax dollars not Mike’s charity money or the corrupt politicians money)

 

so why isn’t at least 3 billion dollars in tax payer abuse — the largest corruption, tax payer theft and abuses EVER in NYC Gov history and under mayor Mike Bloomberg who was suppose to be a great biz whiz and tech whiz not news and not addressed in the mayoral campaign…..?

 

The press has targeted Thompson for CityTime when in fact Christine Quinn, Mike Bloomberg’s go to puppet girl pushed brushed aside two investigations in to CityTime brought by Tish James but that isn’t news and ignorant or cowardly NY1 reporter let Quinn get away with saying she was on top of citytime.

 

the only people on top of citytime where those that belong in jail but Preet Bharara has Bloomberg, Mark Page, Rose Gill Hearn and Christine Quinn on Preet’s Teflon Protect list.

 

Rose Gill Hearn just like Thompson and Bloomberg knew of Richard Valcich’s whistle blowing letter and just like 911 ignored whistle blowers.   Regarding 911 when head of DOITT Paul Cosgrove urged the termination of HP as lead contractor of 911 he was terminated.

 

Did Mike Bloomberg appoint HP who had no experience in 911 and also appoint 2 HP biggies to the NY Pensions but this is not news either…

Why are Mike Bloomberg, Quinn and Gill Hearn allowed to spin their lies pure public relations when in fact they are guilty of allowing the largest historic corruption in NYC gov HISTORY ever and that included 911 people are dying, CityTime, NYCAPS, FDNY Wireless, 311, and so many more tech corrupt deals Board of Election, Board of Ed, Housing like NICE in my opinion and do not forget Mike Bloomberg’s favorite not for profit Seedco stealing also.

 

Don’t forget companies like Gartner Group.

 

Sally Goldenberg did one article exposing Gartner corruption and now she does faux political hit jobs for her bosses attacking Eliot Spitzer when Scott Stringer is a guilty a corrupt hack who is a key reason we  do not have a hospital in the West Village but Rudin Luxury condos and Stringer can’t even do his own taxes.

 

Mike Bloomberg just lied again and said CityTime works when in fact it is destined for the dumpster along with parts of the 911 tech mess.

 

Question are the 911 operators treated like the Slaves of NYC not allowed to take time off and much need rest required to do their job because Mike Bloomberg, Christine Quinn, Mark Page, Christine Quinn and most of City Council who likes to blame Mike but are almost as guilty as Mike pushed through a billion dollar over-ride on the corrupt 911 Tech corruption.

 

The only bright side for me as I face false arrest and physical danger from some of Mike Bloomberg’s body guards who do not understand NYPD protocol and the rights of American Citizens to protest as well as Freedom of Speech is that I find Lt O’Sullivan really handsome better looking than Patrick Stewart and Daniel Day Lewis although he is under 6 foot…

Yes that is Mike Bloomberg and Cas Holloway standing just inside the glass door and they can hear me yell them down.

 

Cas Holloway called us liar as he held us hostage for over 2 hours as he sold Bloomberg’s lie the 911 tech system works when in fact it does not.

John Liu called for a criminal investigation almost 1 year ago and we still have not got one.

I called the FBI speaking to an agent warning the system would fail and that was Aug . 20 before  Hurricane Sandy and it did fail.  I filmed myself yelling down Bloomberg right after speaking to the FBI about ECTP and CityTime and NYC gov and NYPD I believe are behind trying to remove the video but Google YouTube after 48 hours sided with me.

Consultants cleverly blamed the NYPD and FDNY but that is not the truth in my opinion Hewlett Packard just like so many military contractors and fortune 500 companies and include Verizon is a key factor in why the 911 system does not work properly.
 
HP had no 911 experience!!!!!!   None….true or false — an HP liaison said we will over bill until we lose the contract and they did.  It took years is what I hear but remember I am an artist and this is what I hear.  I do not have a press pass and the resources that news reporters have.
 
The buzz is Dept of Investigation was notified just like CityTime and did nothing.  In fact word on the street is Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn were both sent a whistle blowing email and that DOI lawyers met with the whistle blower and said there is no problem when John Liu’s audits would prove that in fact just like CityTime contractors were over billing.
 
Read John Liu’s press releases on ECTP which he calls CityTime 2.   I want to make it clear ECTP a far bigger crime than CityTime and it had nothing to do with the FDNY and NYPD not getting along but in fact major contractors where stealing with Bloomberg and Quinn pushing the shameful over-runs like they did on CityTime.  As usual lobbyists that worked for the City of NY on CityTime heavily Rudy’s guys and ECTP 911 look to DOITT.
 
In fact if you want to get to the truth — look to forensic audits, look to DOITT and even look to DOI and than follow the money trail and confront Bloomberg and Mark Page on this and all the tech disasters.

Obama has not visited one Black family in NYC that lost a baby to gun violence. Instead he shuts down our communities visiting 1 percenters oligarchs of NYC and pulls up Brinks Truck.

The most left wing have an NYPD wanted artist rendering of Obama and Romney as criminals violating civil liberties. 

Obama we aren’t interested in your empty words re: Hurricane Sandy when you have done nothing to address the epidemic of violence here in NYC and include me as a casualty by Dr Andrew Fagelman’s receptionist as caught on YouTube.

I voted for Obama and never again.

I voted for Rudy. Never again

I voted for Bloomberg 2 out of 3 times. Never again.

If we do not have leaders no more voting for lesser of two evils.

Than there is ECTP the 911 Tech System even bigger crime.  Looks like Mike Bloomberg will be out of office and the powers that be think they can put his puppet in office to protect their mega bucks but Mike Bloomberg’s legacy is in the trash can.

Where is the criminal investigation and arrests ECTP 911 Tech system because it was criminal.


Tomorrow am I will post an interesting insight in to the 911 tech partly inspired by an ambulance for Christine Quinn’s community member 75 that wanted to testify he demands a hospital in the West Village not Rudin Luxury condos and he pasted out — the ambulance took close to a half hour…

learn why we paid 2 billion 14 million tax dollars for a flawed tech system…..and I asked Christine Quinn for an investigation in to the ambulance and she did not do so.


I foiled the 911 calls and the ambulance went to the wrong address.


We paid how much money and the 911 system can’t get that right?
