This article with Cas Holloway’s letter to Janet Napolitano is my VICTORY because he lied and insulted all of us…..he did not stay for our testimony and mine stated HP was stealing.  I gave copies of my testimony to Juan Gonzalez, to everyone that would take a copy.

FDNY chiefs took a copy but guess who refused the NYPD head guy for tech top brass and guess who was doing creative policing allowing me to be savagely assaulted my retina damaged for life now — my neck and the NYPD did creative policing same precinct the First Precinct that protects City Hall, same corrupt det squad and my video proves I was assaulted and the NYPD and IAB fixed it.

They did it for a series of reasons and one was that I am a whistle blower reporting corruption involving the NYPD and IAB not doing their job but also 911 Tech corruption and Kelly came out after Hurricane Sandy and said 911 Tech system worked and it didn’t.  In my opinion my guess Dr Fagelman called 1800 NYPD IAB fix it for me as well but me being a 911 whistle blower the 2nd to be strong armed by the corrupt First Precinct Det Squad is a factor not just a coincidence.

Christine Quinn talks human rights and anti-hate crimes but she is as much apart of me being attacked a hate crime in my opinion as Mark Carson’s ambulance taking too long just like Ariel Russo’s and she won’t open an investigation because he also didn’t have a fighting chance because she sold us out to Rudin Family Greed.

Bill DeBlasio’s public advocate rep did call IAB to find out status of my case and they lied and said the case was open but the NYPD det that coerced and he was as violent and abusive as you can be without ever meeting me threatening me was allowed to retire so there is proof the NYPD and Internal Affairs are corrupt and protect corrupt NYPD officers like Det John Vergona who sent I message about the violence and me being on the receiving end.  No wonder Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn are silent about me being savagely attacked at 155 Spring St and the NYPD and IAB fixing it for the doctor’s office yet the YouTube has over 15,300 views and the lawsuit has over 900 reads on scribed.com and does reference CityTime and 911 whistle blowing work and retaliation  and bias.

Rose Gill Hearn ignored all the warning like she did CityTime because despite Preet Bharara’s in your face corrupt CityTime prosecution — mayor Bloomberg, Bill Thompson and Dept of Investigation were all notified and this was way before Gerard Denault was brought in.   (I am not saying the citytime crooks are innocent but that there are so many more of them and there should be more indictments CityTime SAIC and NYC Gov officials but instead Preet want to put this to sleep.

Will someone wake me up from this nightmare……   The NYDN is wrongly and solely blaming Thompson for CityTime when Bloomberg, Quinn, Mark Page, Rose Gill Hearn and even City Council members that allowed the over-rides in the billions on so many tech messes including 311 which I can’t even get a price tag — this is a herd of elephants in the room and not news…..when it is historical corruption billions of tax payer dollars ….. Bloomberg’s legacy is in the dumpster where CityTime and a big part of 911 destined…the dumpster….BILLIONS OF TAX PAYER DOLLARS and plenty of Rudy Giuliani roots in this horror story….  (Bloomberg should have thrown CityTime away along with Rudy’s other horror Maximus but instead Mike and Rudy pushed CityTime and SAIC like drug king pins push heroin because of their White House ambitions and Quinn too pushed CityTime and protected SAIC as Joel Bondy’s testimony proves yet Bondy not arrested but protected by Preet like his bosses and top SAIC brass!)

 

Before the newest contractors on 911 were bought in and the 911 Tech Mess was expanded to an even more complicated mess with the 2nd back-up unit costing us 50 million dollars up in the Bronx still not up and working — (the 50 million dollar price tag yet another rip-off but who cares it is tax dollars not Mike’s charity money or the corrupt politicians money)

The press has targeted Thompson for CityTime when in fact Christine Quinn, Mike Bloomberg’s go to puppet girl pushed brushed aside two investigations in to CityTime brought by Tish James but that isn’t news and ignorant or cowardly NY1 reporter let Quinn get away with saying she was on top of citytime.

 

the only people on top of citytime where those that belong in jail but Preet Bharara has Bloomberg, Mark Page, Rose Gill Hearn and Christine Quinn on Preet’s Teflon Protect list.

 

Rose Gill Hearn just like Thompson and Bloomberg knew of Richard Valcich’s whistle blowing letter and just like 911 ignored whistle blowers.   Regarding 911 when head of DOITT Paul Cosgrove urged the termination of HP as lead contractor of 911 he was terminated.

Sally Goldenberg did one article exposing Gartner corruption and now she does faux political hit jobs for her bosses attacking Eliot Spitzer when Scott Stringer is a guilty a corrupt hack who is a key reason we  do not have a hospital in the West Village but Rudin Luxury condos and Stringer can’t even do his own taxes.

 

Mike Bloomberg just lied again and said CityTime works when in fact it is destined for the dumpster along with parts of the 911 tech mess.

 

Question are the 911 operators treated like the Slaves of NYC not allowed to take time off and much need rest required to do their job because Mike Bloomberg, Christine Quinn, Mark Page, Christine Quinn and most of City Council who likes to blame Mike but are almost as guilty as Mike pushed through a billion dollar over-ride on the corrupt 911 Tech corruption.

 

The only bright side for me as I face false arrest and physical danger from some of Mike Bloomberg’s body guards who do not understand NYPD protocol and the rights of American Citizens to protest as well as Freedom of Speech is that I find Lt O’Sullivan really handsome better looking than Patrick Stewart and Daniel Day Lewis although he is under 6 foot…

Accidentally stumble on Bloomberg inside The NY Times building — arresting me with my solar back pack is a no no for Mike’s private security in front of the new york times building on an Energy Conference where Mike and his NYPD all used gas guzzling SUV’s not Mike’s private jet or helicopter to get there a no-non.

 

 

 

Yes that is Mike Bloomberg and Cas Holloway standing just inside the glass door and they can hear me yell them down.

 

Cas Holloway called us liar as he held us hostage for over 2 hours as he sold Bloomberg’s lie the 911 tech system works when in fact it does not.

We have the most historic abuses and theft of tax payer money EVER in NYC Gov history.

ECTP 911 Tech — bigger than CityTime dubbed CityTime 2 by John Liu who requested a criminal investigation May 2012 and Cy Vance did nothing!!!!  Preet Bharara did not come in and take the case!

HP is being protected by the men who gave them the lead contracting job even though they had no experience.  HP biggies appointed to NY Pension board by whom? (hardee har).

 

CityTime — Preet Bharara refuses to go back in Time and has not kept his word — he said there would be arrests of NYC gov officials.

 

To date I can’t get a price tag on 311 but no doubt another TechnoTax Payer Titanic like CityTime, ECTP, NYCAPS, NYCWiNS, FDNY Wireless, too many board of Ed contracts where they were stealing and or abusing tax payer money to count, Board of Election Tech corruption, etc.   Don’t forget Seedco, mayor Bloomberg’s favorite non -profit also was confident they too could steal money.

Background:

In April of 2005, the City projected the cost of establishing two unified (FDNY, NYPD, FDNY-EMS) 911 emergency call center systems, one in Brooklyn and a second redundant backup system in the Bronx at $380 million. The contract was awarded to Hewlett-Packard. Six years later, the Brooklyn Center is still not fully operational and one year behind schedule.

The Emergency Communications Transformation Program was troubled by findings of poor management and less than satisfactory oversight by the original vendor, which necessitated a second Request for Proposals to be released for the Bronx facility.

In late November, DoITT submitted a $286 million contract to the Comptroller’s Office to hire Northrop Grumman to begin work on establishing the Bronx call center system.  As part of Comptroller Liu’s due diligence in reviewing DoITT’s submission, serious red flags emerged, and a request for a full analysis of the cost estimate was issued.  DoITT provided the Comptroller’s Office with additional documentation, but it was not sufficient to answer significant outstanding questions. Last week, Comptroller Liu rejected the contract.

Dear Mayor Bloomberg:

The Emergency Communications Transformation Program (ECTP) deserves your attention at this time because my office has not been able to approve a $286 million contract for the project as requested by the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT), and because there is opportunity to gain synergy from Deputy Mayor Stephen Goldsmith’s efforts in the wake of the CityTime scandal.

My office has returned the $286 million request from DoITT because of several outstanding questions. Some of the issues are similar to problems encountered with the CityTime project, such as:

  • Time and expense billing arrangement, which does not encourage timely and efficient completion;
  • Multiple layers of subcontractors, including quality assurance consultants;
  • Significant cost overruns: original budget of $380 million now increased to $666 million and counting.

Deputy Mayor Stephen Goldsmith is now undertaking a comprehensive review of the City’s major technology projects, beginning with CityTime, to see why certain things were missed and to make sure that additional measures or safety nets are installed to prevent waste and fraud.  The ECTP project should rank high in priority for his review to head off even more severe problems.

The ECTP is an important project that you have initiated for the purpose of improving public safety for New Yorkers.  It’s all the more important that it gets done on a timely basis and within our means.

Ed Koch just past away and even Wall St. Journal writers join The NY Times in white washing Koch’s direct involvement in corruption — it was not coincidence that folks that worked under him at City Hall where mired in corruption — read Ed Koch: City for Sale.
Bloomberg took Rudy’s corruption rotten CityTime with SAIC as prime contractor and pushed the uber defense contractor who has just screwed the FBI with their Trilogy program the way they screwed us on CityTime and even won awards I kid you not.
SAIC won the Dwight Eisenhower Award for what — helping sub-contractors to steal….I want every sub-contract, consultant and quality control advisor to return tax payer money CityTime!!!!!!!  Ditto ECTP 911 bigger scam? In my opinion yes.)

Thanks Amanda the People’s Burden for no protective zoning St. Vincent’s Hospital so Rudin pals could push through corrupt condos to replace Trauma Level 1 Hospital with AIDS Care and a Rape Crisis Center.
Stop and Frisks.  Mike hated for that and Mike hated for the largest amount of innocent New Yorkers EVER arrested from the Republican Convention to Occupy Wall St.
I renamed him baby putin record number of People’s civil rights violated.
Mike let our hospitals closed and assaulted us with posters on fat and smoking in the subways and Koch tried to raise New Yorkers spirits with ad campaigns although they both were mired in corruption that came up like sour milk third term.
Adrian Schoolcraft’s tapes devastating to the NYPD and he was put in a mental ward and given the bill so he could not spill the beans during the few days before and during the election Mike barely won selling the lie crime was down when it is not.
George Washington would have hung Mike for Treason.  I read that some where — I added in Christine Quinn his mini-me.
Mike pushed a tsunami of development on old NY’s infrastructure — the street conditions are in the worst shape in many years.
He pushed a reckless development on so many old infrastructures including the subway systems which needs major expansion and we won’t get it because it is like the USPS except the USPS loses 14 million dollars a day and multi-billion dollars a year.
The most People have left the area since The American Indians.
The school teachers hate Mike Bloomberg.
We hate Mike for Cathie Black and all the commissioners as qualified as her all part of the club and I add Rose Gill Hearn — look at her daddy — he got caught stealing….oops but boy is he connected.
Can you say NYU, Cooper Union, Columbia U., illegal zone busting NY Law dorm with balconies next to Hell’s Angels — law dorm illegal way to high but Mike, Amanda the People’s Burden — The New School, SVA Dorm EAst Viillage….
