Ditto 700 million over-ride  to SAIC CityTime which will be filed in the dumpster…..
277 million over-ride NYCAPS and the list goes on besides 311 which I can’t get a figures on despite John Liu’s innovative and improved website, FDNY Wireless 14 million over ride handed to military Contractor Raytheon and it goes on and on.  Devastating mega amounts of tax payer money and to Tax Payer Titanics and to over priced consultants.
 
True or false we paid consultants Gartner Group 90 million dollars on ECTP 911 the tech titanic.

John Liu called for a criminal investigation almost 1 year ago and we still have not got one.

I called the FBI speaking to an agent warning the system would fail and that was Aug . 20 before  Hurricane Sandy and it did fail.  I filmed myself yelling down Bloomberg right after speaking to the FBI about ECTP and CityTime and NYC gov and NYPD I believe are behind trying to remove the video but Google YouTube after 48 hours sided with me.

Consultants cleverly blamed the NYPD and FDNY but that is not the truth in my opinion Hewlett Packard just like so many military contractors and fortune 500 companies and include Verizon is a key factor in why the 911 system does not work properly.
 
HP had no 911 experience!!!!!!   None….true or false — an HP liaison said we will over bill until we lose the contract and they did.  It took years is what I hear but remember I am an artist and this is what I hear.  I do not have a press pass and the resources that news reporters have.
 
The buzz is Dept of Investigation was notified just like CityTime and did nothing.  In fact word on the street is Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn were both sent a whistle blowing email and that DOI lawyers met with the whistle blower and said there is no problem when John Liu’s audits would prove that in fact just like CityTime contractors were over billing.
 
Read John Liu’s press releases on ECTP which he calls CityTime 2.   I want to make it clear ECTP a far bigger crime than CityTime and it had nothing to do with the FDNY and NYPD not getting along but in fact major contractors where stealing with Bloomberg and Quinn pushing the shameful over-runs like they did on CityTime.  As usual lobbyists that worked for the City of NY on CityTime heavily Rudy’s guys and ECTP 911 look to DOITT.
 
In fact if you want to get to the truth — look to forensic audits, look to DOITT and even look to DOI and than follow the money trail and confront Bloomberg and Mark Page on this and all the tech disasters.
